It was a packed house Monday night at the Harborfields Public Library, where residents came to hear from those running for Huntington Supervisor, Town Board and Highway Superintendent in a Meet the Candidates Night, hosted by the League of Women Voters. 

No Pedestrian Injuries in a Year for Northport

Northport was recently named one of the safest areas in the region for motorists and pedestrians by AAA.

In the past year, Northport recorded no pedestrian injuries and a 97 percent seatbelt usage rate over the past year.
