The current ones are OK, but are showing their age. Nice, new LEDS (and much more of them) would be incredible. There is a small town in Florida that hired lighting designers to work with the town, now it is an international destination. I don't recall where but I remember reading an article on it..Really nice. People love lights.
The kiosk – while nice – does nothing to make the town more of a destination. People don't give a shit about kiosks. Do you?
Flooding is a huge issue as well - but 250K would do nothing towards fixing the huge issue that it really is.

Just print flyers and place them in the Northport Stores. Lots of money saved.
