Mini-Retreat, A Morning of Healing

Come for an introduction to the practice of Medicine Buddha and a mini retreat at Dipamkara Meditation Center! From Medicine Buddha we can learn about the deepest causes of disease. The “three poisons” of attachment, aversion & ignorance function continually to distort and disturb our body and mind at many levels, both visibly and invisibly. If we are working to dissolve these three poisons, then we are on a path to healing at the deepest level.
