Pet of the Week: Bosley

A yellow lab is ready for adoption.

Bosley is a yellow labrador mix and was born June 10.

Bosley is being fostered by one of the volunteers from the Homeless Animals Rescue Team of Long Island based in Northport.

He is currently 17 pounds. He will be neutered before adoption and the foster parents ask that potential adopters have no children under 12.

They Homeless Animals Rescue Team describe themselves as " just a couple of caring people that rescue homeless animals. Some have been snatched from death row, their only crime is to be one of  too many in the pound. Others have been abandoned on the street left to die of neglect and starvation. Our policy is the three R's rescue, rehabilitate, and return to loving homes. All of these dogs and cats need forever homes. Please open your hearts. We are not a shelter,we foster in our homes."
