As mandated by New York State Department of Education, transportation must be furnished for students who live in the district to private schools within 15 miles distance away.
The state also requires that requests for transportation to out-of-district and/or private schools must be submitted by April 1.

Other Services to Non-Public Schools
As required by New York State Law, the district provides the following
services to the Trinity Regional School and St. Paul’s Lutheran
Elementary School, and to district residents who attend non-public schools outside the district:
Transportation comparable to that provided to district schools
Textbooks on loan
Health and psychological services comparable to that provided
in the district schools
