Suffolk Police Report: Cigarettes, Jeans Stolen

Second Precinct Arrests, Feb. 7-9.

The following information was taken from the blotter. An arrest does not indicate a conviction. All persons are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

  • Clarence Allan Shelton, 55, from Medford and Sediq Ghafoori, 32, a man with no address, were both arrested in East Northport on Feb. 9 and charged with fourth degree grand larceny, value of property over $1000, after they allegedly stole jeans from The Clothes Horse in Huntington Station at around 2:30 p.m.
  • Christopher Springer, 22, from East Northport was arrested in East Northport on Feb. 7 and charged with fourth degree grand larceny, value of property over $1000, after he allegedly stole cigarettes in concert with others from the on 501 Larkfield Road at 4:15 a.m.
