Suffolk Police Report: Assault; Illegal Weapons Possession

Second Precinct arrests, May 16-19.

The following was taken from the arrest blotter. An arrest does not indicate a conviction as all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

  • Bjoern Lienemann, 43, from Northport was arrested in East Northport on May 19 and charged with petty larceny and possession of a hypodermic instrument after he allegedly stole a Toshiba portable hard drive from Radio Shack on Fort Salonga Road.
  • Ryan Stauss, 19, from East Northport was arrested at the Second Precinct in Huntington Station on May 19 and charged with third degree assault with intent to cause physical injury after he allegedly punched a man in the face, causing multiple fractures and requiring surgery.
  • Enrique Hernandez, 24, from East Northport was arrested in Huntington Station on May 18 and charged with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
  • Willie Daniels, 29, from Northport was arrested on Route 25 in Huntington on May 17 for second degree obstructing governmental administration, third degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction, and three counts of second degree harassment. Daniels allegedly tried to interfere with a lawful car stop, yelling obscenities and making gestures after getting out of the passenger side of a 1997 Buick. He was found in possession of a gravity knife and kicked his legs and feet striking a police officer during his arrest.
  • Tracy Bue, 42, from Northport was arrested in Greenlawn on May 16 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.
