Suffolk Police Report: Assaulting an Officer; Throwing a Phone Book

Second Precinct arrests April 2-12.

The following was taken from the blotter. An arrest does not indicate a conviction as all persons are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

  • Angel Alamo, 20, from East Northport was arrested in East Northport on April 11 and charged with second degree criminal court, disobeying a court order.
  • Matthew Veltre, 23, from East Northport was arrested in East Northport on April 11 and charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury after he allegedly used pepper spray on someone at his home.
  • Timothy Regan, 50, from Eatons Neck was arrested in Eatons Neck and charged with criminal mischief, intent to damage property.
  • Erkan Boynuince, 50, from East Northport was arrested in East Northport and charged with first degree unlawful dealing to a child, alcohol.
  • Barr Rickman, 34, from East Northport was arrested in Elwood and charged with first offense DWI.
  • Robert Kiszenick, 65, from Greenlawn was arrested in East Northport on April 4 and charged with and charged with resisting arrest and second degree obstructing governmental administration.
  • Samuel Rivera, 35, from East Northport was arrested in East Northport on April 4 and charged with criminal mischief, intent to damage property, second degree harassment, and obstructing government information after he allegedly broke a window, struck a police officer in the arm, and wouldn't stop flailing his arms and struggling as police officers were trying to transport him to the precinct after arrest.
  • Martin Greene, 49, and Rochel Boerke, 22, from East Northport were arrested in Huntington on April 3 and both charged with first degree robbery, use of a dangerous instrument, after they allegedly took a woman's purse at a Dunkin Donuts.
  • Christina Finnegan, 22, from Farmingville was arrested in East Northport on April 3 and charged with two counts of fourth degree criminal possession of stolen property after she was allegedly found in possession of stolen jewelry at a business in Huntington.
  • Arthur Peragine, 34, from East Northport was arrested in East Northport and charged with fourth degree grand larceny after he allegedly stole earrings from a jewelry store on Larkfield Road.
  • Gregory Frawley, 44, from East Northport was arrested in Greenlawn on April 2 and charged with first offense DWI.
  • Janet Ditolla, 52, from Elwood was arrested in Elwood on April 2 and charged with second degree harassment and second degree menacing with a weapon after she allegedly threw a phone book at someone in her home and forced a man to the floor.
