Suffolk County Police Blotter: Harassment, Criminal Mischief, and More

The following arrests were made and incidents reported by Suffolk County police officers between March 1-6

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The following arrests were made March 1-6:

Arrests:

  • Keith Gough, of East Northport, was arrested in East Northport on March 1 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree.
  • Joseph Nichols, of East Northport, was arrested in Huntington on March 1 and charged with harassment in the second degree: physical contact for punching a woman in the face.
  • Brian Healy, of East Northport, was arrested in Bay Shore for an outstanding burglary warrant in Florida.

The following incidents were reported to the Suffolk County Police Department between March 1-6:

  • On March 5, someone damaged a 2010 Dodge Ram with a key while it was parked at the on Middleville Road in Northport.
  • On March 6, a woman reported that someone scrawled graffiti on the side of her 2000 Ford Mustang while it was parked at her Woodsorrell Lane residence in East Northport.
  • On March 5, someone broke the glass door to the garage at   on Larkfield Road in Elwood.
  • On March 5, a Cedar Road man in East Northport reported receiving harassing phone calls.
  • On March 3, a Juanita Ave resident in Elwood reported that a man punched a woman in the stomach and face.
