How is it possible in the 21st century that this is the best picture a surveillance camera can take?

James and Kelly, We own a business and hand out hundreds of free t-shirts, sweatshirts and jackets all the time. We hand them to employees, we hand them out at trade shows, we hand them out to vendors etc..............

My fault, didn't mean to imply that you guys are a part of it...just thinking maybe at one point that guy had worked there. Bad joke...I am sorry for that.

Me, too. Hey, maybe this guy wore it specifically to throw off the security guards or surveillance cameras.

I can't understand how someone can just walk out of the store with two TV's in hand and not be stopped. Obviously SOMEONE was aware of this happening at the time. Anytime I've been in Target, there is always a security guard posted at the entrance/exit.
