Community Update

I agree with the earlier review. It is remarkable how unorganized this vendor is. Rich was very helpful in the beginning, but once construction started it was very clear he was onto another project. We were quoted 3 weeks and the project ended in 3 months. I asked myself routinely what I was paying Harbor for, I could have easily used my own contractor. I strongly advise not using them, nice people, middle of the road pricing, but very very frustrating to work with.
