2. Elwood BOE Meeting: The Elwood Board of Ed will hold a budget work session at at 8 p.m. instead of the regularly scheduled time. Agenda attached as a PDF.

4. Nutrition Discussion: presents a discussion on how to release excess weight, release toxins, gain peak athletic performance, feel better and healthier, and increase energy with nutritional cleansing. 7 p.m. at at Crab Meadow Beach Golf Course. FREE.
