: Will Peggy Sawyer become a star? A fun, dance-filled musical at the . April 14 at 3 and 8 p.m. and April 15 at 2 p.m. $60.

Parading Down Main Street: An entertaining and informative guided walking tour of Northport's historic business district that uses photos from the Society's collection. Your guide is a local history buff with a true gift for storytelling who makes Main Street's past come alive. Tickets may be purchased the day of the tour in the Museum Shop. The tour begins at 1:30 p.m. on the front steps of the Museum. Sunday at 1:30 p.m. $5.

: The Library is pleased to present The Gilbert & Sullivan Light Opera Company of Long Island in a unique twin bill of one-act performances. First, the talented ensemble will perform “Trial by Jury,” a comic cantata that was a popular hit when it debuted in 1875 at London’s Royalty Theatre. Then the company presents Gilbert & Sullivan’s Greatest Hits, a look at some of the famous duo’s most beloved operas and songs. Northport Library at 2 p.m. on Sunday.

: Former Society president and renowned local history expert Dick Simpson will present The Then & Now History of Fort Salonga and Crabmeadow as part of a new cultural series at the Northport Historical Society. Utilizing old photos and early paintings, the presentation will begin with the earliest area residents, the Matinecock, and continue tracing the history up to modern times with views of century-old homes that are still with us. at 3 p.m. on Sunday.  A $5 donation is requested; members are free.

Northport Singles Circle: Singles meet at at 4 p.m. on Sunday. $5.
