Attendees enjoyed cocktails in the bar prior to a delicious dinner catered by the yacht club's talented cooking staff. Chamber Corresponding Secretary Dorothy Walsh received a surprise award from Mayor George Doll during dinner for her service and dedication to the village, as well as an official renaming of municipal parking lot #4 on Main Street where her clothing store once stood to the "Dorothy Walsh Parking Lot." The afternoon ended with a 50/50 raffle and gift basket prizes from local businesses.
The next Northport Chamber meeting will be held on Feb. 28 at .
