Larkfield Road 'Pool Doctor' Seeking Permit for Cell Tower
Huntington Board of Zoning Appeals agenda for Thursday, June 2 includes a request for cell antenna on Larkfield Road.
The Huntington Zoning Board of Appeals is scheduled to meet tonight to consider several variance requests.
Among the items on the agenda posted Wednesday on the town website is a request by the owners of the Pool Doctor for a special use permit to install a public utility wireless telecommunication antennas and related equipment on roof of the building at 317 Larkfield Road owned by Paul and LouAnn Como.
Also on the agenda is a request by Peter Engelman to convert four-unit multiple family dwelling in a commerical zone at 714 Fort Salonga Road to a two-family dwelling non-conforming to lot area requirements.

Hearings are at 6 p.m., in the Town Board room of Town Hall, 100 Main St., Huntington.
