The Suffolk County Department of Labor's One-Stop Employment Center is holding a job fair at Elwood Library on Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Employers in a variety of fields from retail, education, healthcare, finance and the military are scheduled to attend. A full list of companies and organization is attached as a PDF.
Suffolk Legislator Steve Stern, D-Huntington, is expected to attend the event.
“I encourage residents seeking employment to take advantage of the Community Job Fair,” Stern said. “No appointments are required, so bring your resume and dress for success.”
