Last Chance: Free Latin Music Concert

We've seen hundreds of events come and go in the community, but how often does one pass you by that you wish you hadn't missed out on? That's where we come in. Each week, Northport Patch will post a quick reminder about the events, activities or important tasks whose deadlines have come.

This week we're highlighting a free concert showcasing the sizzling sounds of Conjunto Sabori Latin band.

Straight from Puerto Rico via Long Island, the five piece ensemble evokes the Latin sounds of the 1970s, covering the greats like Tito Puente, Johnny Pacheco, Willie Colon and many others while infusing their own contemporary and original arrangements. Check out the attached video for a taste.

Catch them at the Northport Library TONIGHT from 7-9 p.m. in partnership with the Northport Arts Coalition. Free Admission.
