Sunday at the Society

Join Northport Historical Society as their monthly cultural series continues beginning at 3 p.m. in their Main Gallery with a performance by musicians from the Long Island Traditional Music Association. LITMA is an all volunteer not-for-profit community of musicians, dancers, singers and listeners who gather to enjoy and perpetuate traditional music, song and dance on Long Island through education and participation. Armed with song sheets of music of the 1960s and 70s, as well as old time favorites, LITMA members will lead us in a sing-along. Light refreshments will follow the concert. Members are invited to attend for free; a $5 donation is requested from non-members.
