Northport Arts Coalition presents Silk: A Butoh Dance Performance

The Northport Arts Coalition, in cooperation with the Northport Public Library, presents a Butoh dance performance by international dancer, choreographer, teacher, yogini, and author Susanne Daeppen. Butoh is a contemporary avant-garde dance form which originated in Japan in the 1960s. It combines dance, theater, improvisation, and influences of Japanese traditional performing arts. No registration required.
