Take a look at the fascinating history of Long Island’s train stations with David D. Morrison, author of the photographic history Long Island Rail Road Stations.

From the Forest Hills Station, where Theodore Roosevelt delivered his famous unification speech on July 4, 1917 to the Amagansett station building where Nazi spies boarded a train bound for New York City in 1942, Mr. Morrison explores the history of the 125 stations that serve the Long Island Rail Road.
