La Casa opened with a brand new interior look on April 18.
The Crab Meadow Beach landmark features a brand new bar with multiple flat screen TVs and seven additional seats. The bathrooms, entrance, and dining room have also been renovated and Southampton artist Monica Asche painted murals of marine life throughout the restaurant.
Owner Joe Celano worked 15 hours a day, seven days a week for four months to complete the renovations on his own, losing 50 pounds in the process.
"There was no plan to this really," Celano said, "but when it came together, I even surprised myself."
Celano said he hopes the changes will allow La Casa to stay open year-round. Mothers Day is already booked.
