as a witness to this event... A little more than tossing the bike was done., for one. And accidents…Read More happen.. The child involved was a 13 kid as well.. This is some behavior for the so called adult parent involved. So if his wreck less child had crashes into my dogs leash and choked my dog, should I throw his bike into the water/rocks. The people involved were not hurt, but the 13 yr old bike was and he was driven home w bike by the npt police.. Totally unacceptable and way to teach your Todd
