Located in Scudder Park adjacent to the dinghy racks, playground and picnic tables. <br /><br />The plant takes water from homes and street sewers, treats it and then dumps it into Northport Village Harbor. Over the years, heavy rains caused flows to the plant to exceed state requirements, which ended up with waste being dumped into the harbor.
