Here's a look at what's coming up this weekend in town:

StarLight Concert Series Presents Cathy Kreger and Dietrich Strause
On Friday, acclaimed songwriters Cathy Kreger and Dietrich Strause will perform folk, blues and roots music at St. Paul's United Methodist Church. The show starts at 8 p.m. Doors open, and open mic sign-up at 7:30 p.m. Admission is $10. For information call Isabelle at 631-663-3038 or email nacnewsletter@gmail.com.  

Crooked Rail Rock and Roll Party 
Crooked Rail bar (61 Larkfield Rd., East Northport) will host a rock and roll party Friday, starting at 9:30 p.m. On Saturday, a Journey tribute band will keep the music going, starting at 9 p.m.

Knights Host "A Night in Italy"

The Knights of Columbus, based in East Northport, will host "A Night in Italy" dinner and dance Saturday, featuring maestro Joe Buscemi and favorite Italian dishes.

The event, to be held at 7 p.m. St. Anthony’s Trinity Regional School Hall on Fifth Avenue in East Northport, will raise funds for various charities. Tickets are priced at $35 per person and include dancing, dinner, dessert, beer, wine and soda. Space is limited and no tickets will be sold at the door. Tickets can be purchased by calling Jackie at (516) 318-5809 or Theresa at (631) 379- 2655.
