Northport’s population swelled Saturday morning as 5,400 runners competed in the 35th Great Cow Harbor 10k.
Three-time champion Mo Trafeh, 27, of Duarte, Calif., won an unprecedented fourth straight race in 29 minutes, 19.94 seconds.
Making her seventh appearance at Cow Harbor, Alisha Williams, 30, of Colorado Springs, Calif., finally broke through to win the women’s race in 32:59.41. She came from behind down the stretch on Main Street to earn the win.
