The  girls basketball team (20-1) will face Nassau champ North Shore for the Long Island Class A championship Friday at 5 p.m. at .

The Knights held off rival Harborfields, 47-45, to title Saturday at  in Patchogue.

The LIC winner advances to the state Public Schools Final Four in Troy March 16 at 1:30 p.m.
