Will Larger Kindergarten Class Affect Education Quality?

Northport schools raise kindergarten class size to 22 children.

recently raised the cap to 22 children per Kindergarten class in a half day program, which Board of Education members say will save the district money.

Many parents are worried that the larger class size may diminish the quality of education for multiple reasons such as limited space and more demand on teacher attention.
