Why Northport's Budget Passed: McDermott, Waldenburg Weigh In

The superintendent and school board president share their thoughts.

Northport voters approved a $151-million budget Tuesday with a tally of 3,114 to 2,348. Here Superintendent of Schools Marylou McDermott and Shool Board President Stephen Waldenburg say why they think that's so.
