St. Anthony’s Family Feast and Festival Returns

21st annual festival kicks off with fireworks Wednesday night.

The 21st annual kicks off with a spectacular fireworks display by Bay Fireworks Wednesday night at in East Northport. “The Heartland Band” featuring local vocalist Barbara Cordts will also be there to rock and roll away the night.

The St. Anthony's feast runs from Wednesday, June 27, through Sunday, July 1, and is sponsored by the and . The 2012 edition of the feast is filled with entertainment and attractions including:

  • New rides and games provided by Newton Shows, international foods, and Las Vegas games in the cool air-conditioned casino.
  • Spectacular Salute to America fireworks display by BAY FIREWORKS Wednesday and Saturday at dusk (rain dates Thursday & Sunday).
  • Nightly Entertainment: Wednesday - Rock and roll with “The Heartland Band” featuring local vocalist Barbara Cordts. Thursday – Rock with perennial feast favorites the “Sea Monkeys.” Friday – “Beatlemania” Re-live the Beatles era with the PJ Day Trippers. Saturday – “Fame” Performing lots of your favorite oldies and contemporary tunes. Sunday Afternoon – Feast Debut of “The Founders” from 3 – 5 p.m. and the Exciting Magic of Mark and Kym from 3 – 7 p.m. Sunday Night - Special patriotic tribute by the “ROMEOs” Horn and Drum Ensemble.
  • “GRAND CA$$H” raffle - $10,000 in cash prizes will be given away Sunday night.

General admission and unlimited free rides are $12.00 ($5.00 for seniors and children under two are free). $28 will buy you a Mega Pass which includes all rides for any three days (includes admission). A $2 off admission coupon from Newton Shows is also attached to this article as a PDF.

Hours of operation for the 2012 St. Anthony’s Family Feast and Festival are as follows:

Wednesday & Thursday: 6 – 11 p.m.
