Northport BOE to Discuss Special Ed Programs, Dignity Act

Special Education Director Christina Pulaski will breakdown progress on fulfilling the district's special education instructional initiatives from the past year and discuss programming.
Director of Pupil Services Cynthia Fitzgerald and District Chairperson of Guidance Terrence Hinson will discuss the Dignity for All Students Act (DASA), a New York State Education Law that addresses issues related to harassment and discrimination in schools, including amendments to codes of conduct.
