Sunday at the Society

Northport Historical Society's monthly cultural series continues in the Main Gallery with a lecture by Director Heather Johnson on nineteenth century landscape artist Edward Lange. Known locally for his numerous paintings of Northport Village, Lange worked throughout Long Island documenting life as it was in his time. The presentation will include a look at some of his more memorable works. Members are invited to attend for free; a $5 donation is requested from non-members. Light refreshments will be served.
