Northport High School Academy of Finance Presents: A Taste of the Town to Benefit James Byler and AOF
Enjoy an evening out with great food, live entertainment, door prizes and gift baskets. “A Taste Of The Town” is a restaurant and food tasting event where local restaurants, bakeries, delis and coffee and tea shops will provide samplings of their signature offerings.
In addition to food and beverage samplings there will be live music and song from Middle School and High School Jazz Bands, Choir and local musicians as well.
At the same time we will be supporting the Northport High School Academy Of Finance Program, which has been in existence for over 17 years prepares high school students for careers in business and finance, a portion of proceeds from this event will also be donated to the Byler Family Fund which is been set up to support U.S. Marine First Lieutenant James Byler, who was severely wounded in Afghanistan and will require years of medical attention.
