The Huntington Town Board recently appointed or reappointed members to the Affordable Housing Advisory Board.
Appointed was Elizabeth Hubbard. Reappointed were Kenneth Christensen, Richard Koubek and Trudy Fitzsimons.
The board also:
- Extended the pilot use of on-leash dog walking at Frazer Drive Park as part of a neighborhood watch effort, and scheduled the drafting of a possible code amendment enabling designation of dog trails in other town parks. The draft is expected to be completed by April 1.
- Gave permission to Renaissance Downtowns LLC to use commuter parking lot 22 near the train station for a community fest scheduled March 23.
