The Town of Huntington Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the proposed at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall.
The hearing is continued from July 27, when nearly 50 concerned citizens attended to opine before the Board on the 42-acre, 15-lot, cluster-zoned parcel in Cold Spring Harbor which is currently host to a relative abundance of wildlife and open space.
