Superintendent of State Department of Financial Services Ben Lawsky will present the state's 2012-2013 Executive Budget and Reform plan, a "pro-growth budget that represents the next step in our plan to transform New York State" and discuss its effect on the local level. One pressing issue is unfunded state mandates such as municipal contributions to Medicaid.
Lawsky will have a presentation followed by questions from the audience.
