Resolution 2013-72: Seasonal Employment

Resolution 2013-73: Police Department Radios
Be It Resolved: The Northport Police Department is hereby authorized to purchase radios using funds from the following accounts: $14,842.40 secured from SCPD E-911 (budget line 211) $11,694.23 secured from the Chase Bank Equipment account. $463.75 secured from Police Radio Repair (budget line 423) $113,920.50 financed through Motorola Solutions.
Resolution 2013-74: Lease Agreement
Be It Resolved: The Mayor is hereby authorized to sign a lease purchase agreement approved by the Village Attorney as to form and content with Motorola Solutions for Police radios at a cost not to exceed $113,920.50. Said lease purchase to be paid out of Suffolk County E-911 fund.
Resolution 2013-75: Parking Restrictions
Be It Resolved: that the temporary parking restrictions for the Memorial Day Parade on May 27, 2013 for the times and locations listed in the memorandum from Police Chief Eric Bruckenthal dated May 20, 2013 be, and hereby are, approved, and the Police Department is hereby authorized to take actions necessary to enforce said restrictions, be, and hereby are, adopted.
Resolution 2013–76: Plans Examiner
Be It Resolved: Fred Mosher of Northport Village, is hereby hired as part time (not to exceed 17 1⁄2 hrs weekly) Plans Examiner (assistant to the Administrator) at a rate of $22.00/hr.
