Fort Salonga Road in Northport was shut down in both directions for an hour Friday while and responded to a three-car crash at Gilbert Street.
The crash happened at approximately 4:30 p.m., disrupting the afternoon rush along 25A.
The driver of one car was to transported to Huntington Hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to Northport Police.
Police reopened 25A at 5:26 p.m.

According to witnesses at the scene, the driver of a Ford 500 attempted to turn left from Fort Salonga Road onto Gilbert St. when he was broadsided by a Chevy Blazer headed westbound.
The Ford was pushed into a third vehicle, a Dodge Magnum, waiting at the stop sign on Gilbert St. The drivers of the Chevy and Dodge refused medical attention, police said.
Police, fire and tow crews moved quickly to clear the crash.
