Teen Airlifted After 25A Dirtbike Accident
Details still emerging on early morning collision on 25A and Elwood.
Two teens on a dirtbike traveling north down Elwood Road collided with a Ford Explorer travelling east on 25A at 3:55 a.m. Saturday morning. One teen was airlifted to Stonybrook University Medical Center, the other was taken to Huntington Hospital. Their condition is not currently known. Both are from the Northport area.
Suffolk and departments and responded to the scene. The incident is currently under investigation.
