Suffolk Police Report: Hit and Runs; Switching Price Tags

Second Precinct arrests May 2-14.

The following was taken from the crime blotter. An arrest does not indicate a conviction as all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

  • Rachel Boerke, 22, from East Northport was arrested in Huntington on May 14 and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
  • Paul Savoiardo, 42, from East Northport was arrested in Huntington Station on May 13 and charged with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation after he allegedly drove with a license that was either suspended or revoked.
  • Qi Kwok Cheng, 59, from Northport was arrested in East Northport on May 13 and charged with petty larceny after he allegedly took items from on Jericho Turnpike.
  • Craig Thomas, 49, from East Northport was arrested in Elwood on May 12 and charged with aggravated DWI, 18 of one percent, no prior.
  • Bryan Rysdyk, 23, from East Northport was arrested in East Northport on May 9 and charged with leaving the scene of property damage after he allegedly rear-ended a car on Larkfield and Pulaski.
  • Brian Conboy, 37, from East Northport was arrested in Huntington Station on May 9 and charged with two counts of seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
  • Keith Werwa, 38, from Northport was arrested in Huntington Station on May 8 and charged with first offense DWI.
  • Harold Hochheier, 32, from East Northport was arrested in Huntington Station on May 8 and charged with second degree aggravated harassment after he allegedly left threatening messages on someone's voicemail.
  • Thomas smith, 55, from East Northport was arrested in East Northport on May 6 and charged with leaving the scene of property damage after he allegedly hit a Honda and caused damage to front bumper.
  • Susan Young, 48, from Commack was arrested in East Northport on May 2 and charged with petty larceny after she allegedly switched the price tags on clothing at Bob's Store in order to pay a lower price.
