Suffolk Police Report:Fort Salonga Man Allegedly Stole $3,500 Necklace

Second Precinct arrests, Jan. 29-Feb. 5.

The following information was taken from the blotter. An arrest does not indicate a conviction. All persons are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

  • Stephen Lofaro, 22, from East Northport was arrested in East Northport on Feb. 5 and charged with first offense DWI.
  • Brian Conboy, 36, from East Northport was arrested in Huntington Station on Feb. 4 and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, allegedly prescription pills.
  • Thomas Truehart, 18, from Northport was arrested in Huntington Station on Feb. 3 and charged with loitering with the purpose of using or possessing a controlled substance.
  • Samantha Press, 21, from East Northport was arrested on Sixth and Pulaski in East Northport on Feb. 2 and charged with two counts of seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, allegedly two different kinds of prescription pills.
  • Molly O'Brien, 21, from Great Neck was arrested Sixth and Pulaski in East Northport on Feb. 2 and charged with two counts of seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, allegedly two different kinds of prescription pills.
  • Justin Smith, 22, from East Northport was arrested in Huntington Station on Feb. 2 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

  • Adam Hunstein, 23, from Sayville was arrested in East Northport on Jan. 29 and charged with petty larceny after allegedly stealing light bulbs, cables, and a flashlight from Home Depot on Jericho Turnpike.
  • Michael Deleon, 20, from East Northport was arrested in East Northport on Jan. 29 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana in a parking lot.
