Suffolk Police Report: Obstructing Traffic; Criminal Trespass

One man allegedly refuses to get back in his car during a traffic stop, another allegedly refuses to leave a residence, and more arrests from the second precinct.

The following arrest information was taken from the blotter. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

  • Zhong Chen, 44, from East Northport was arrested in East Northport on Dec. 8 and charged with disorderly conduct-obstructing traffic and obstructing government administration for allegedly refusing to comply with police orders to return to and stay in his car during a traffic stop on Clay Pitts Road.
  • Michael Alessandro, 20, from East Northport was arrested at his home in East Northport on Dec. 5 and charged with making graffiti for allegedly tagging three exterior doors at in East Northport with permanent marker.
  • Juan Rodriguez, 35, from Huntington was arrested on Jericho Turnpike near Elwood Road in Elwood on Dec. 4 and charged with first offense DWI.
  • Samantha Summer, 21, from Northport was arrested in Huntington on Dec. 4 and charged with first offense DWI.
  • Shaka Butler, 23, from Huntington Station was arrested in East Northport on Dec. 4 and charged with second degree obstructing governmental administration and second degree criminal trespass after he allegedly remained in a house on Pulaski Road after the complainant asked him to leave and tried to block the doorway to prevent police officer from entering and interviewing the complainant.
  • Lisa Pesce, 35, from Binghamton was arrested in East Northport at Larkfield Road and Clay Pitt on Dec. 3 and charged with first offense DWI.
  • Raymond Warren, 23, from Bay Shore was arrested in on Jericho Turnpike in Elwood on Dec. 3 and charged with first offense DWI.
  • Glenn Mullis, 18, from East Northport was arrested on Route 110 in Melville on Dec. 1 and charged with first degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and unlawful possession of marijuana.
