Suffolk Police: Narcotics, Stalking,Theft and More

The following arrests were made and incidents reported by Suffolk County police officers between September 16 through October 1.

Editor's Note: One or more names in this report have been redacted in light of additional documentation provided regarding this case.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The following arrests were made between Sept. 16- Oct. 1.

  • Rashid Francis, of Northport, was arrested and charged with stalking in the fourth degree in Northport on September 21.
  • Jessica Fickeisen from East Northport was arrested in East Northport for a DWI, first offense.
  • Kevin Young, of Northport, was arrested and charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree in Northport on September 19.
  • Brian Ferner, of Commack, was arrested and charged with petit larceny in Northport on September 16.
  • Salvatore Napoli, of East Northport, was arrested and charged with criminal possession in the third degree for narcotics with intention to sell in East Northport on September 29.
  • Devin O'Connor, of Northport, was arrested and charged with possession of a hypodermic instrument in East Northport on September 28.

  • Matthew McClarnon from Northport was arrested in Rocky Point on September 29for unlawful possession of marijuana.
  • Jonathan Valle, of East Northport, was arrested and charged with two counts of menacing in the third degree and harassment in the second degree in East Northport on September 27.
  • Debra Guire, of East Northport, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest in the second degree in East Northport on September 24.
  • Kevin Watkins, of East Northport, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a loaded firearm in the second degree in East Northport on September 24.
  • Rana Tamer, of Dix Hills, was arrested and charged with petit larceny in East Northport on September 21.
  • Joseph Saunders, of East Northport, was arrested and charged with criminal contempt in the first degree for physical contact in East Northport on September 18.
  • Brian O'gara, of East Northport, was arrested and charged with DWI in East Northport on September 18.
  • Christopher O'Keefe, of Belle Harbor, was arrested and charged with menacing in the third degree in East Northport on September 18.
  • Ruben Delgado, of Coram, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct for obstructing traffic in East Northport on September 17.
  • Matthew McClarnon, of Northport, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana in Rocky Point on September 29.
  • Stephanie Leone, of East Northport, was arrested and charged with petit larceny in Hauppauge on September 24.
  • Salvatore Napoli, of East Northport, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree in Huntington Station on September 22.
  • Raesean Allen, of East Northport, was arrested and charged with burglary in the second degree in West Babylon on September 21.
  • Brian Pruzan, of East Northport, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on September 20.
  • Paul Newell, of East Northport, was arrested and charged with possession of burglary tools in Deer Park on September 17.

The following incidents were reported to the Suffolk County Police Department between September 19-October 1.

  • On September 24, police responded to a complaint that someone had broken the glass doors of the Jade Palace restaurant in East Northport.
  • A Bread and Cheese Hollow Road resident called police on September 19 to report that someone had damaged the driver's side of his vehicle.
  • A Forest Drive resident in East Northport called police on September 26 to report that someone had stolen the side view mirror from a 1997 Chevrolet.
  • A West Haven Drive resident in East Northport reported that someone had stolen credit cards and a wallet from an unlocked car on September 26.
  • Someone threw a brick through the window of Healy's Inn in Greenlawn sometime during September 27.
  • A Stanhaven Place resident in Elwood called police on September 27 to report that various items had been removed from his garage.
  • A Fifth Avenue resident in East Northport reported criminal mischief to the front of his house and car on September 29.
  • An unknown male was caught on video surveillance cameras removing items from Sears in East Northport on September 26.
  • On October 1, an East Northport man called police to report that he had been assaulted by one to three unknown males.
  • Police responded on September 30 to a call from a resident of Simon Court in East Northport who reported that a cell phone and computer were stolen from a Ford Focus.
  • Police responded to a call from a person on 6th Street in East Northport at 2:11 a.m. October 1 stating that eight intoxicated youths were yelling outside.
