Suffolk Police Incidents: Two Cans of Coors Light Stolen; Ear Cutting

Arrests reported in the second precinct, July 10-16.

The following arrests were reported in the Suffolk Police second precinct between June 10 and 16. An arrest does not indicate a conviction as all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Two cans of Coors Light were stolen from a vacant home on Vernon Valley Road in East Northport.

A man was punched in the face and scratched by a man he knew on 11th avenue in Huntington Station.

A home on Central Parkway in Huntington was burglarized.

A woman was pulled to the ground by her hair while a second female cut on ear with knife inside the Neighborhood Bar on Depot Road in Huntington Station. She was transported to the hospital for her injuries.

One man and two women stole over $1,000 worth of goods from Henri Bendel in Walt Whitman Mall. 

A woman was robbed while sitting in her car in the parking lot of the Elwood Bed Bath & Beyond. Two men in their early 20s came up and opened her second row door, took her pocketbook and ran into a car and sped off. 

A man was chased by six unknown males on East Pulaski Road in Huntington Station. One displayed a handgun and took his cell phone and cash.

A man was driving northbound on Depot Road in Huntington Station when a rock was thrown at his front windshield. 

A woman's purse was stolen from her shopping cart at Stop & Shop on Fort Salonga Road in Northport. Her credit card was later used at the USA gas station at Elwood and Pulaski. 

Someone entered a home overnight at Beal Court in Huntington and stole a purse and cash from a wallet. No forced entry.
