Suffolk Police Incidents: Slap Happy at 7-Eleven

Incidents reported in the second precinct, March 15-22.

The following incidents were reported in the Suffolk Police second precinct between March 15 and 22.

  • Someone slapped a 7-Eleven employee across the face on Laurel Road in East Northport, knocking his glasses off. The man then fled in his car.
  • Someone called a Fort Salonga woman and demanded cash for the release of her husband. Her husband was home and unharmed.
  • A pocketbook was stolen from a shopping cart outside of Kmart in Huntington Station.
  • Two blowers were stolen from a trailer in the driveway of an Elwood home.
  • Someone broke the window od a Huntington home, there was no sign anything had been taken.
  • Someone forced a door open on a Huntington home. The lock was damaged, but there were no signs that anything was taken.
