Suffolk Police Arrests: Punching a Woman; Stealing from Kmart

Arrests reported in the second precinct between May 5 and 12.

The following arrests were reported in the Suffolk Police second precinct between May 5 and 12. An arrest does not indicate a conviction as all persons are presumed innocent until, and if, proven guilty in a court of law.

  • Brandon Farley, 20, from Baldwin was arrested in Huntington and charged with third degree assault after he allegedly grabbed a woman by the neck, punched her, and threw her to the grounds.
  • Anthony Rogers, 25, from Huntington was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with trespassing after he allegedly attempted to unlawfully enter a building on Spring Road in Huntington Station.
  • Juan Catalan, 32, from Huntington was arrested in Huntington and charged with DWI and fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon after he got in a car accident and was found to be intoxicated and in possession of a gravity knife.
  • Sean Kiely, 58, from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with petty larceny after he allegedly stole assorted items from Kmart.
  • Inesha Stephen from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington and charged with petty larceny and acting in a manner to injure a child after she allegedly stole items from Kmart and put them in her baby's stroller.
  • Samuel Armand, 35, and Emanuel Armand, 34, both from Huntington, were arrested in Huntington and both charged with third degree assault.
