Suffolk Police Arrests: Intent to Sell Drugs; Burglary

Second Precinct arrests, Feb. 13-16

The following was taken from the Suffolk County Police arrest blotter. An arrest does not indicate a conviction as all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Bryan Cuff, 48, of Northport was arrested in East Northport and charged with second degree DWI, previous conviction in 10 years.

Steven Conlon, 48, from Bohemia was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with second degree harassment and disorderly conduct.

Milton Vasquez, 29,  from Huntington was arrested in Greenlawn and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation-alcohol.

Beth Tucker, 57, from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington and charged with making a false written statement.

Crispino Perez, 20, from Brentwood was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with third degree possession of a controlled substance, narcotic drugs, with intent to sell.

Hayden Henze, 24, from Cold Spring Harbor was arrested in Cold Spring Harbor and charged with second degree burglary of a dwelling.

Juan Castro, 42, from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with assault with criminal negligence, causing injury with a weapon.

Daniel Brine, 44, form Northport was arrested in East Northport and charged with second degree harassment.

John Robbins, 54, from Centerport was arrested in Centerport and charged with second degree aggravated harassment.

Steven Henderson, 27, from East Northport was arrested in East Northport and charged with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Vincenzo Romeo, 21, from Farmingdale was arrested in Huntington and charged with second degree robbery, aided by another, and unlawfully fleeing a police officer.

Linwood Johnson, 65, from Halesite was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with fifth degree criminal possession of stolen property.

Guillermo Rivera, 37, from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with disorderly conduct for obstructing traffic.

Lethicia Gabriel, 27, from East Northport was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with petty larceny.

Chanetl Suggs, 34, from Huntington was arrested in Huntington and charged with second degree menacing with a weapon and second degree harassment.
