Suffolk County Police Blotter: Drive-Thru Dispute, Robbery Thwarted, Multiple Tires Slashed, and More

The following arrests were made and incidents reported by Suffolk County police officers between June 28-July 6.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The following arrests were made between June 29-July 6.

Arrests:

  • Arlen Sanchez, 25, of East Northport, was arrested in East Northport on July 6 and charged with petit larceny.
  • Rebecca Zunno, 21, of East Northport, was arrested in East Northport  on July 5 and charged with petit larceny.
  • Beth Noble, 40, of Commack, was arrested in East Northport on July 3 and charged with petit larceny.
  • Christopher Sarro, 18, of Massapequa, was arrested in East Northport on July 2 and charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the third degree: greater than 8 oz.
  • Christopher Fazio, 20, of East Northport, was arrested in East Northport and charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the third degree: greater than 8 oz.
  • Kerri Devlin, 18, of Kings Park, was arrested in East Northport on June 30 and charged with DWAI alcohol.
  • Tyshawn Jones, 25, of Massapequa, was arrested in East Northport on June 30 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree: more than three suspensions.
  • Jeffrey Barrett, Jr. 32, of East Northport, was arrested in East Northport on June 30 and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
  • Caitlin Roman, 20, of Huntington, was arrested in Elwood on June 29 and charged with grand larceny 4: property value exceeding $100.
  • Sarah Colucci, 18, of East Northport, was arrested in Greenlawn on June 30 and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree: greater than 25 grams.
  • Nicholas Duva, 20, of East Northport, was arrested in Huntington on June 29 and charged with grand larceny 4: value of the property exceeding $1000.

The following incidents were reported to the Suffolk County Police Department between June 28-July 6:

  • On July 1, a Brookfield Road resident in Fort Salonga reported that he was slapped, punched, and scratched in the face by a known woman.
  • On June 30, a Talmadge Road resident in Fort Salonga reported receiving harassing phone calls by an unknown male.
  • On July 6, an unknown person entered a Lebkamp Avenue residence in Elwood through a basement door and stole a computer and cameras.
  • On July 6, someone stole a 1992 Honda Civic while it was parked in the  parking lot on Jericho Turnpike in Elwood.
  • On July 4, an Elwood Road resident in East Northport reported that he had received threatening phone calls by an unknown male.
  • On July 4,  a Larkfield Road resident in East Northport reported being punched in the face by a known male.
  • On  July 4, police were called to the on Larkfield Road to break up a dispute between two drive-through customers.
  • On July 3, a Manchester Road resident in Elwood reported that a known male had slapped her in the mouth and threatened her.
  • On July 2, a Gildare Drive resident in East Northport reported that someone slashed two tires on a 2010 Chevy Camaro while it was parked in the driveway.
  • On July 2, a Gwynne Road resident in Elwood reported receiving threatening and harassing phone calls from a woman.
  • On July 1, an attempted break-in on Elm Drive in East Northport by someone trying to remove a rear door was thwarted by the arrival of the homeowner.
  • On July 1, an Elwood Road resident in Elwood reported that someone had damaged her mailbox.
  • On July 1, police were called to Nash Place in Elwood to break up a dispute between two men, one of whom head butted the other.
  • On June 29, a Dumplin Hill resident in Elwood reported that two tires were slashed on her 2010 Volkswagon Jetta while it was parked in the driveway.
  • On June 29, a Darrow Lane resident in Elwood reported damage to his aluminum fence.
  • On June 29, two women got into a dispute at on Larkfield Road in East Northport, when one woman struck the other from behind, causing a concussion.
  • On June 28, a Larkfield Road resident in Elwood reported that someone had damaged her mailbox.
  • On June 28, a Cuba Hill Road resident in Elwood reported four slashed tires on a 2011 Hondai Sonata while it was parked in the driveway.
  • On June 28, a Cedar Road resident in Elwood reported that someone had slashed one tire on her 2007 Mazda while it was parked in the driveway.
  • On June 28, a Bellerose Avenue resident in East Northport reported that a known male had stolen a jewelry box containing jewelry.
  • On June 28, a Longfield Drive resident in East Northport reported that a known male and punched and kicked him in the ribs.
  • On June 28, a Larkfield Road resident in Elwood reported that someone had damaged her mailbox.
