Police Seek Vacuum Thief

Target cameras caught a man leaving the store with a machine that was not paid for.

A man was caught on video security surveillance cameras at the Commack Target wheeling a Dyson vacuum out in a cart without paying for it.

The Suffolk County Police Fourth Precinct Crime Section is asking  the public to help identify the man who entered the store at 98 Veterans Highway in Commack on July 28, 2010 and took the item.

The video surveillance photo shows the subject, described as a black male, 5'10", and unshaven, walking out of the store with the merchandise in a shopping cart.
