Pedestrian Injured in Hit-and-Run on Pulaski Road

A Huntington Station man was critically injured in the crash.

A Huntington Station man was critically injured Friday morning in a hit-and-run accident in Greenlawn, near the East Northport border.

Suffolk police said that Jose Murillo and several friends were walking west on Pulaski Road about 2:53 a.m. when a dark-colored sedan struck him. The driver fled the scene.

The Greenlawn Fire Department took Murillo, 34, to Huntington Hospital where he was listed in critical condition.

The investigation is continuing. Anyone with information on the crash is asked to call Second Squad detectives at 631-854-8252 or call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
