Northport Police Report: Disorderly Conduct; Multiple License Suspensions

Incidents and arrests, Feb. 9-13

The following was taken from the Northport Police crime blotter. An arrest does not indicate a conviction as all persons are presumed innocent until, and if, proven guilty in a court of law.

  • Randy Cepeda, 26, from Copiague was arrested on Feb 13 and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no passing zone after he allegedly drove with four separate suspensions on his license.
  • Ronald Augustin, 62, from Northport was arrested on Feb. 13 and charged with disorderly conduct and second degree physical harassment.
  • Responded to above location to assist SCPD Unit 205 and 204 in the crowd control and closing of Hess gas station. Fort Salonga Road, Feb 7, 2157 hours
  • Police responded to a car crash on Fort Salonga Road  on Feb. 11 A DMV check of the 2010 Toyota registration revealed the vehicle was reported stolen yo Suffolk Police on Dec. 15. The owner/operator advised the undersigned that she reported her vehicle stolen but further stated that her vehicle was actually not stolen but reported it stolen because she forgot where she parked it.
